NADA 2022 KICKOFF PARTY SPONSORSHIP

The Challenge

Launch NADA 2022 with a high-visibility branded experience tied to the conference’s official kickoff event—one designed to reach the NADA audience while also supporting a more intimate VIP experience within a shared venue environment.

The Approach

Branded Presence at Scale: Designed environmental graphics and LED content for the Modelo Cantina inside Allegiant Stadium, creating a strong, recognizable brand presence during the opening night of NADA 2022—the first major event of the conference.

Premium Visibility Within a Live Stadium Environment: Developed visuals for both the cantina space and timed takeovers of the stadium’s interior LED ribbon boards (the continuous LED signage running throughout the venue), ensuring moments of full-stadium brand visibility during the event.

VIP Experience Integration: Supported a curated VIP experience within the Modelo Cantina, aligning the visual identity with the tailgate-style kickoff theme while maintaining consistency with the larger event atmosphere.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: Worked closely with internal teams, partners, and venue vendors to ensure creative assets were delivered correctly, displayed at scale, and integrated smoothly into a live event environment featuring live music by Train, DJs, food, and networking.

The Outcome

As the official kickoff event for NADA 2022, the sponsorship delivered broad brand visibility to an audience drawn from a conference that typically attracts 20,000+ automotive professionals. The combination of cantina-level branding, VIP presence, and full-stadium LED takeovers created a memorable, high-impact launch that set the tone for the week and reinforced brand prominence at the very start of the show.
