BENlabs 'BE THERE' BRAND CAMPAIGN

The Challenge

BENlabs wanted a distinct, memorable campaign that communicated the brand’s value proposition — the ability to help creators be present, be impactful, and be connected — across a mix of digital, social, and experiential channels. The challenge was to articulate a simple, resonant idea that could work across multiple touchpoints, engage diverse audiences, and scale quickly in a fast-moving environment.

My Role

As Creative Director on this campaign, I led the campaign’s visual and narrative direction and guided the team through planning, scoping, and execution. I worked with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive leadership to translate strategy into a unified creative concept while setting up workflows and checkpoints to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule.

The Approach

  1. Defined a Clear Creative Concept: Collaborated with leadership to distill the core message — “Be There” — into visual and narrative expressions that would resonate across platforms and formats.

  2. Developed Multi-Channel Creative Assets for digital video and social content, email and campaign landing page graphics, and print ads.

  3. Built an Execution Rhythm: Established review cycles, internal check-ins, and milestone checkpoints that helped keep creative, production, and review moving in sync — especially during times of shifting priorities.

  4. Synchronized Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinated closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure each component of the campaign aligned with strategic intent and logistical feasibility.

The Outcome

The 'Be There' campaign launched with a cohesive creative system that translated effectively across digital, social, and internal channels while supporting BENlabs’ broader B2B growth objectives.

In partnership with the Digital Media Manager, the campaign was used to run creative testing for B2B lead generation on paid social. Performance results showed a 28% reduction in cost per lead (CPL) alongside a 26% increase in click-through rate (CTR), validating the campaign’s creative direction and messaging effectiveness.

Beyond performance gains, the campaign established a repeatable creative framework that could scale across future initiatives, while the structured execution approach helped maintain alignment, reduce last-minute revisions, and keep work on schedule.
