The event took place at the Microsoft Lounge, where large LED video walls allowed the BENlabs visual system to create an immersive experience throughout the venue—from entry visuals and creator highlight videos to stage graphics and LED panel displays showcasing creator content.

CREATOR DAY — BENlabs EXPERIENCE

The Challenge

BENlabs hosted Creator Day to bring together creators, marketers, and industry partners to celebrate the creator economy and highlight BENlabs’ role in helping brands connect with audiences through creators. The event needed a cohesive visual system that could support both the in-person experience and a livestream audience while reinforcing the BENlabs brand and technology.

My Role

Creative lead responsible for developing the event’s visual system and supporting marketing assets. I worked with cross-functional teams to ensure the event branding carried consistently across stage visuals, venue environments, promotional materials, and livestream elements.

The Approach

Held at the Microsoft Lounge in California, the event used large LED video walls to create an immersive branded environment. Bold graphics and circular elements referenced BENlabs AI audience cluster technology, connecting the product story to the physical experience—from entry displays to stage visuals and creator content across the venue.

The Outcome

This event delivered a high-impact branded experience that brought together creators including Hannah Stocking, King Bach, and Kris London, alongside partner brands such as Microsoft, Kizik, and Jersey Mike’s,engaging audiences through both a live event and livestream.

The livestream engaged 1,200+ viewers, while participating creators represented a combined audience of 32.9 million followers. In total, 45 creator guests attended, representing 200+ million combined followers 🔥, delivering significant potential reach and brand visibility.

The event helped position BENlabs and TubeBuddy as active participants in the creator ecosystem while showcasing the brand alongside influential creators. 😎
