CREATOR DAY 2024 — BENlabs EXPERIENCE

The Challenge

Benlabs wanted to create a memorable experiential activation that brought together top content creators, partner brands, and audiences in a high-impact live event. The goal was to balance brand storytelling, creator engagement, and strategic visibility — with a hybrid live and livestream element — all under tight deadlines and shifting logistics.

This wasn’t just an event. It needed to:

  • Showcase creator talent

  • Elevate BENlabs’ brand presence

  • Integrate partner brands meaningfully

  • Deliver a seamless live experience with broad reach

My Role

I led both the creative direction and operational orchestration of the project. This included setting the creative vision, structuring the workflow, and managing coordination across internal leadership, external talent, partner brands, and production teams.

Approach

  1. Designed the Core Visual Experience: Led the creative development and execution of all on-screen visuals for the event and livestream, including the full presentation system, LED wall content, stage backdrops, and supporting screen graphics. Ensured the visual language supported the BENlabs brand while remaining flexible enough to accommodate live updates and changes.

  2. Partnered Closely with Executive Leadership: Worked directly with C-suite leadership to design and refine custom presentation content, balancing executive messaging with the pace and energy of a live creator-focused event.

  3. Coordinated AV Execution & Technical Alignment: Partnered with the AV team to ensure all video wall content, monitors, and screens were configured correctly and running the appropriate content throughout the event. Focused on technical readiness, transitions, and reliability to support a seamless live experience.

  4. Served as the Central Point of Coordination: Acted as the primary point of contact across internal teams, partner brands, and stakeholders—helping align competing priorities, clarify direction, and keep work moving forward in a fast-changing environment. Maintained momentum and focus despite shifting inputs and last-minute adjustments.

The Outcome

Creator Day 2024 delivered a high-impact branded experience that brought together creators, partner brands, and audiences through both a live event and supporting livestream. The event featured top creators including Hannah Stocking, King Bach, and Kris London, alongside partner brands such as Microsoft, Kizik, and Jersey Mike’s.

The livestream engaged 1,200+ viewers, while participating creators represented a combined audience of 32.9 million followers. In total, 45 creator guests attended, representing 200+ million combined followers 🔥, delivering significant potential reach and brand visibility.

The activation launched on schedule and on brief, reinforcing BENlabs’ position as a connector between creators, brands, and culture—while successfully managing complexity, scale, and competing priorities. 😎
