WHAT THE HECK IS MALMM?
Make a Little Music Monday (MALMM) was a weekly creative break hosted by the Cox Brand & Creative team, inviting employees to grab coffee and start the week with music in the campus coffee house. Employees were invited from across departments to perform covers, originals, or DJ sets — creating a relaxed space to connect.

MAKE A LITTLE MUSIC MONDAY — INTERNAL ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

The Challenge

Design an internal campaign to energize and connect the Cox Enterprises creative organization, encouraging cross-team participation and building community within a large corporate campus of over 10,000 employees.

My Role

Led the creative concept development and creative direction. Developed the visual system, promotional materials, and communication assets used to launch and promote the initiative internally.

The Approach

Created a playful campaign centered around music and coffee as a way to bring the creative team together and spark interaction across the Cox campus. The concept was designed to scale across internal communications, posters, and event promotion.

The Outcome

While the campaign remained a concept, it demonstrates how internal initiatives can be approached with personality and strong visual storytelling to build culture within large organizations.
